Your First HBOT Session - What To Expect - Step by Step
Step 1: Arrival & Check-In (5 minutes)
You arrive at our welcoming clinic in Thornton-Cleveleys. We confirm your appointment, complete any final paperwork, and make you comfortable. Our therapist will show you to the treatment area, explain our accessibility features, and ensure you feel at ease.
Step 2: Free Consultation (10 minutes)
Your certified therapist discusses your health history, asks about your recovery goals, reviews any medical concerns, and answers your questions. This is YOUR time. We make sure you're completely informed before entering the chamber. Many patients say this consultation conversation itself is valuable.
Step 3: Preparation & Safety Briefing (5 minutes)
Change into comfortable clothing (we provide private changing area). Your therapist explains chamber safety, shows you emergency protocols (you're always in control), demonstrates communication methods, and answers final questions. You'll feel completely prepared.
Step 4: The Chamber Session (80 minutes - Total pressurization + treatment + depressurization)
Pressurization (10-15 minutes)

Treatment (60 minutes)

Depressurization (10-15 minutes)
