Which chamber is right for me?

The best chamber depends on how you plan to use it - at home or in a clinic, sitting or lying down, solo or with others. Our team will walk you through the options based on your space, goals and budget, so you end up with the right fit first time.

Will it fit in my home?

Our chambers are designed to work in everyday home settings - a spare room, a garage, or a wellness space. Before delivery, our team will check your measurements and help you plan placement, including doorway access and ventilation, so there are no surprises on the day.

How easy is it to set up and use?

Every chamber is delivered and installed by our engineering team, and full user training is included. The controls are straightforward, and most users feel confident operating their chamber independently after their first session.

Is hyperbaric oxygen therapy safe?

Yes - when used as directed, HBOT is well-established and widely used across both wellness and clinical settings. All our chambers are built to certified safety standards and come with full guidance on safe usage. If you have an existing health condition, we recommend a quick chat with our team before getting started.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

Most people notice improvements in energy, sleep and recovery within their first 5-10 sessions. For longer-term benefits - such as reduced inflammation or improved endurance - a course of 20-40 sessions is typically recommended.

Can I use the chamber on my own?

Yes. All our chambers are designed for safe, independent self-operation. You'll have full control over pressure, oxygen flow and session timing from inside the chamber, and our team is always on hand if you need guidance.

What does a session actually feel like?

Most users find sessions deeply relaxing. You may notice a mild pressure sensation in your ears during pressurization - similar to being on a plane - which settles quickly. After that, it's simply a calm, quiet space to rest, read or unwind.

What support do I get after purchase?

Every chamber comes with professional installation, user training and a UK-based warranty. Our support team remains available for the lifetime of your chamber - whether you need a refresher, technical help or advice on getting the most from your sessions.
